Wir verwenden diese Daten ausschließlich zur Bearbeitung deiner Anfrage, zur Vorbereitung oder Durchführung eines Aufenthalts sowie – soweit erforderlich – zur Rechnungsstellung.
Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, soweit die Verarbeitung zur Durchführung vorvertraglicher Maßnahmen oder eines Vertrags erforderlich ist, sowie Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO für die Bearbeitung allgemeiner Anfragen. WhatsApp wird erst geöffnet, wenn du den Link aktiv auswählst; ab diesem Zeitpunkt gelten zusätzlich die Datenschutzbestimmungen von WhatsApp beziehungsweise Meta.
4. Speicherdauer und Empfänger
Anfragen ohne Buchung werden gelöscht, sobald sie abschließend bearbeitet sind und keine Aufbewahrungspflicht besteht. Daten zu gebuchten Aufenthalten und Rechnungen werden nur im gesetzlich erforderlichen Umfang und für die jeweils vorgeschriebene Dauer aufbewahrt. Steuerlich erforderliche Angaben werden ausschließlich im offiziellen italienischen Rechnungs- beziehungsweise Buchhaltungssystem verarbeitet.
Eine Weitergabe erfolgt nicht zu Werbezwecken. Empfänger können Hosting-Dienstleister, E-Mail-Anbieter sowie Steuer- oder Buchhaltungsstellen sein, sofern dies für die genannten Zwecke oder aufgrund italienischer Rechtsvorschriften erforderlich ist.

Diese Website verwendet keine Analyse- oder Marketing-Cookies und bindet keine externen Schriftarten nach. Netlify Analytics ist nicht aktiviert. Sollten künftig zusätzliche Dienste eingesetzt werden, wird diese Erklärung vorher entsprechend ergänzt.

I dati non vengono comunicati per finalità pubblicitarie. Possono riceverli il provider di hosting, il provider e-mail e soggetti fiscali o contabili, quando necessario per le finalità indicate o richiesto dalla normativa italiana.
